Donations
We accept donations through this website to support our charitable work. By making a donation, you agree to the following:
– All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless a technical error has occurred (e.g. duplicate payment).
– Donations are processed securely through our third-party payment provider Stripe, via Fundraise Up. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
– You will receive a confirmation email after the donation is successfully processed.
– If you require a refund due to error, please contact us within 14 days at fundraising@novas.ie and we will review your request.
– You may request a donation receipt or statement for tax or audit purposes.
As a registered charity (CRN: 330018 / CHY: 13390/ RCN: 20041533), we comply with the Charities Act 2009 and Revenue guidelines. Donations may qualify for tax relief under Irish law.
