Outreach, Prevention & Tenancy Sustainment
NOVAS provides a range of services for single adults and families, preventing homelessness and supporting people to live independently in their own homes.
Preventing and ending homelessness is at the core of this work.

Street Outreach
NOVAS provides Street Outreach seven nights a week, 365 days of the year in Limerick City. This volunteer-led service provides a hot meal, warm drinks, signposting and support and social connection to some of the most marginalised people in our local communities.
Funded entirely through donations, this service is a vital lifeline for people who are rough sleeping and living precariously.
Tenancy Sustainment Services
NOVAS Tenancy Sustainment Services are dedicated to helping individuals and families maintain stable tenancies and quality housing. Through personalised care plans, we work with people at risk of homelessness or those who are transitioning into new tenancies. We support clients to develop their life-skills, promoting empowerment, self advocacy and self-efficacy.
Life skills provision relates to budgeting and money management, maintaining a household, community integration, being a good neighbour and advocacy and signposting. Our team is committed to addressing the complex challenges that can affect housing stability. By fostering trust and empowerment, NOVAS helps people stay housed, regain independence, and build lasting connections within their communities.
NOVAS provides outreach, prevention and tenancy sustainment services in Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, West Cork, Kerry and Dublin. Single adults and families with children are supported to prevent or move from homelessness, in a lasting, client-centred and meaningful way.
