This year’s event is taking place on Friday Dec 5th or Saturday December 6th outside Brown Thomas in Limerick City.

The NOVAS Christmas Sleep Out is a fundraising event where participants spend a night sleeping on the street to raise awareness and vital funds for people experiencing homelessness.

By giving up the comfort of your bed for just one night you’ll help ensure that someone facing homelessness can find safety, warmth, and support when they need it most.

We are calling on everyone – companies, individuals, families, schools, and clubs – to give up their bed for one night, in solidarity with people experiencing homelessness. The NOVAS Christmas Sleep Out ensures the most vulnerable people in our community receive the vital supports they need.

This is our largest fundraising event of the year, with all funds raised supporting our frontline services in the mid-west region and helping people find stability, dignity, and hope.

Once registered, you will have access to your own personal fundraising page which you can share via email, WhatsApp or social media.

Registration will open in Aug 2025.
