Supporting vulnerable households
At the heart of our work is a commitment to supporting people with complex needs, including addiction, mental health, trauma, generational poverty and other co-morbid issues.
We seek to empower people to make positive changes in their lives that enables them to live indepenently. Our approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Through collaboration, advocacy, and practical support, NOVAS empowers people to create sustainable pathways out of homelessness.
Everyone has their own Sustainable Home
It is NOVAS vision that everyone has their own sustainable home. We believe housing is a human right and adequate and safe accommodation is the cornerstone for wellbeing, belonging and community integration.
We seek to both prevent homelessness and create pathways from homelessness for our clients.
